Meet The Team

Salon Director Nikki is our resident Training and Education Expert, and has a vast amount of experience within the hairdressing industry. Nikki holds various Master Colour Awards, has won Wessex Business Woman of the Year and has seen much of her work published in hairdressing magazines world wide.

Our Salon Director spends most of her time working as an educator, providing salons with the latest education and inspiring the next generation of hairdressers. Nikki has undergone lots of training, including; Matrix, Goldwell, Wella, Redken, L’Oreal, Racoon and Cloud Nine.

Artistic Director and Lead Assessor Julie has over 18 years of hairdressing experience and continues to go on training courses to update her skills and techniques. She has completed training with Clynol, Goldwell, Racoon, Cloud Nine and Matrix.

Julie spends the majority of her time educating students within the salon and our academies where she enjoys sharing her knowledge and passion for hairdressing.

Winter, as I enjoy cosy nights in and Christmas is my favourite time of the year.

Suzie is our resident Training Assessor in Functional Skills and Salon Manager, she has worked with Nikki since 2004 with a vast amount of salon experience. Suzie holds a Colour Masters Award and has worked on photo shoots published in hairdressing magazines worldwide.

Our Salon Manager spends most of her time working in the salon being creative and making clients feel great about themselves - along with educating them on products and styling techniques. Suzie also works as an educator for school students and  Apprenticeships in Hairdressing and Barbering, providing the next generation of Hairdressers and Barbers with the required knowledge they need for their career in the hair industry.

Suzie has had lots of training from many professional companies including; Wella, Goldwell, Clynol, Matrix and Cloud Nine.

Kirsty is the newest member to the Team. Over the last two years she has worked closely with Nikki and her Assessors at the salon training school in Lee on the Solent, as a Apprentice Stylist.

Kirsty's prices reflect her level of experience as she still may need to seek additional assistance from senior members of the team, overseeing cutting techniques and colour formulas

With her passion for creative colours and commitment to her learning is exceptional, she is truly a rising star and one to watch!

Phin is a passionate, hard-working, caring Stylist who loves being part of the team at Nikki Froud's.  Craving for new techniques and modern ideas in this creative industry and working alongside creative people has enabled Phin to reach her dream of becoming a fantastic Stylist. With her passion for creative colours and her exceptional commitment to learning, she is truly a rising star and one to watch!

Emma has been hairdressing for five years and enjoys everything in hairdressing. She has a wealth of experience in colouring, cutting and is very passionate about hair extensions. Emma loves her job and this is emulated with her great customer service skills. So..... lets get to know Emma!
